Midnight Canopy is a coffee that brings the lush landscapes of Costa Rica straight to your cup. Grown at over 1200 metres above sea level, this 100% Arabica speciality coffee is shaped by its high-altitude climate and the passion of skilled farmers.

The flavour is bright and layered. You’ll notice a smooth nuttiness at first, then hints of citrus and delicate floral tones unfold. As the cup cools, a soft caramel and toffee sweetness rounds everything out. It’s a light roast, but full of character, with just the right balance of acidity and body.

This is an easy drinking, versatile coffee that shines whether brewed black, splashed with milk, or poured over ice.

Our omni-ground version works with most brewing methods, but for the fullest flavour, we always recommend choosing whole bean and grinding fresh.
