When brewed over ice, light roasts stay clean, crisp and expressive. You get the same clarity as a pour-over, but faster—and with a refreshing chill.

The Iced AeroPress Method (also called “Flash Brew”)
This method brews the coffee hot and fast—directly onto ice—so you get bold flavour and a cool finish without bitterness.
Step-by-step:

Weigh & grind
Use 15g of coffee (about 1 AeroPress scoop). Grind medium-fine, a little finer than a V60. If you’re using our Omni-Ground, you’re good to go. -
Add ice to your mug
Fill your favourite glass with about 100g of ice (roughly half a cup). -
Set up your AeroPress
Use the inverted method if you prefer control, or the standard method for ease. Both work great. -
Add coffee & water
Pour 200g of hot water (just off the boil, around 94–96°C) over your coffee. Stir well. -
Steep & press
Let it steep for 1–1:30 minutes. Then press gently over the ice. That’s it! -
Top up & sip
If needed, add a touch more ice or cold water to taste. Then enjoy immediately.
